The team behind the DEIMAN4Finance<\/strong> project gathered in Milan, Italy<\/strong>, this week to officially start the autumn season with a fantastic transnational partners meeting<\/strong>.<\/p>


This second meeting<\/strong> between the partners, held on the 8th and the 9th of September 2025<\/strong>, was not only extremely pleasant but also remarkably productive<\/strong>.

Over the past months, all partners have collaborated to develop a comprehensive Methodology for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion<\/strong> tailored to the finance sector<\/strong>.
This framework will serve as the foundation for an educational platform, providing middle managers with free, accessible, and easy-to-use learning materials.<\/strong><\/p>


It is easy to say, after this meeting, that the best is yet to come.<\/strong>
So stay tuned<\/strong>, as we start sharing our work with a broader audience.<\/p>


Special appreciation must be given to our host and coordinator<\/strong> of the project F<\/strong>alco&Associati Education<\/strong>, as their experts made sure that each and every one of the participating experts felt valued and more than comfortable during the discussions.\u00a0<\/p>
