Project Meeting in Milan

The team behind the DEIMAN4Finance project gathered in Milan, Italy, this week to officially start the autumn season with a fantastic transnational partners meeting.

This second meeting between the partners, held on the 8th and the 9th of September 2025, was not only extremely pleasant but also remarkably productive.

Over the past months, all partners have collaborated to develop a comprehensive Methodology for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion tailored to the finance sector.
This framework will serve as the foundation for an educational platform, providing middle managers with free, accessible, and easy-to-use learning materials.

It is easy to say, after this meeting, that the best is yet to come.
So stay tuned, as we start sharing our work with a broader audience.

Special appreciation must be given to our host and coordinator of the project Falco&Associati Education, as their experts made sure that each and every one of the participating experts felt valued and more than comfortable during the discussions.
