An innovative methodology for middle management professionals in the financial sector to upskill DEI management.

Learning platform

Another key objective is to develop a Moodle-based learning platform that will house the content and courses, supporting the recognition and validation of skills through the European credit system for vocational education and training (ECVET).

It will contain a package of courses for middle management professionals in the financial sector, aimed at enhancing their qualifications in DEI management.
These courses will be delivered in a tailored format to suit the needs of busy professionals, and their completion will be validated through a micro-credential system.

There will be five specialized courses on topics like:
  • disability
  • gender distinction
  • multiculturalism
  • inclusive language
  • EU regulations on work inclusion

Syllabus

A detailed syllabus for the project’s courses, specifying course content and materials, in order for trainers to be able to deliver the course’s format to their trainees.

Piloting

The content of the courses will be pilot tested by DEI Managers from the project’s participating countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria) in order to assess their effectiveness and added value for their target groups.
