Explore the DEIMAN4FINANCE learning platform and discover how to support a more inclusive workplace in the financial and asset management sector.
Our Moodle-based platform provides free access to training developed by the project partnership, supporting the knowledge and competences of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager.
What will you learn?
The training includes five thematic micro-courses exploring different dimensions of workplace inclusion, including disability, gender and multiculturalism. The courses help learners recognise barriers, reflect on everyday workplace situations and identify ways to promote fairer participation and opportunities.
The training uses the Learning Snacks methodology, presenting content in short learning units. An Open Badges system supports the recognition of acquired competences.

The platform is designed for professionals in the financial and asset management sector, managers, trainers and anyone interested in strengthening their understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at work.
