The DEIMAN4FINANCE project aims to address several priorities within the finance sector by creating an innovative training course to equip professionals with the skills necessary for the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager.
DEI Managers are tasked with ensuring fair policies, implementing inclusive programs, and enforcing objective hiring procedures, all while promoting equal opportunities regardless of a person’s protected characteristics.
The project focuses on inclusion and diversity across all sectors of education and training. By supporting projects that foster social inclusion, DEIMAN4FINANCE provides a voice to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
Additionally, DEIMAN4FINANCE will support digital transformation in vocational education and training (VET) through the development of digital tools and content, such as short videos, podcasts and learning games.
